This is a great fridge if one problem could be taken care of. Four service calls to try to resolve the light not coming on in the freezer. Hope this last call yesterday works to stop this problem. Tech has really tried.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best BUY, my sales experience was fine. My refrigerator stopped working and with a family i needed one now. We decided on the Whirpool 24.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. now less that 90 days later, the freezer stopped working! It's past 30 days so Best Buy will not replace this item. We are not talking about a mini fridge here this thing is huge and about $1,500. The Last fridge I had was over 2o years old I expected this one would not last nearly as long but certainly longer than 90 days!!

We needed a new fridge and got this one on sale. I never had a problem with Whirlpool products. Well, the ice maker loud. I mean very loud. Just a caution.

It’s now 4 years old and there are some issues that I wouldn’t have anticipated. I won’t buy this brand again.

Only thing that it needs improvment is the door magnets to keep it closed

Greatest thing you could ever do for your parents, its get them what they want, when they needed. My mom needed this refrigerator, and she got it.

Most of the refrigerators of this style have pretty much the same features so nothing really set the Whirlpool apart aside from the sale price.

This fridge is a nice upgrade from my last version. No extra frills, just a good fridge with all the nessesities

I like this product except the doors are so narrow, it is hard to get things on the selves of the refrigerator.

We really like it but ice seems to build up on the door to the freezer and stops the light from coming on.

Had ice form in the freezer. Not sure why this happened. Only a couple of things are in the freezer

Looks great. But Was a bit more bulky than I thought and not as much shelf space for larger items.

I have only had the fridge for about three weeks, but am happy with the performance at this point.

I didn't like to dig into freezer drawer every time I had to look for something.
