Bottom drawer of refrigerator has glue all over where you can see it from distance. I reported immediately when customer service called to verify delivery. Apparently delivery company called and notified directly to Best Buy about replacing the bottom drawer/door. Almost a month a no one has called to replace the product.

Do not buy! This refrigerator makes very loud sounds and the freezer is very small.

Quick review. In my third year of having this fridge it kept defrosting and refreezing to the point that everything would be covered in ice cycles and frost. The freezer door would also be frozen shut. One day I decided to pull the freezer door open with all my strength while it was frozen shut, and BOOM!! I broke the freezer door off the handles lol

all the plastic drawers are breaking and unuseable

Ice maker tat like plastic even after many loads. No filter built in either.

Fridge was delivered damaged and it even had writing on the plastic mentioning the dent and scratches. It makes it even worse when the appliance is knowingly delivered to the customer damaged.

Refrigerator was dead on delivery. 2nd fridge also doa. Two weeks later switched to Samsung. Had to escalate to upper management before resolved.

Very spacious and so much easier to access than our old side by side. Runs very quiet. Made the first full batch of ice in 18 hours and keeps the bin full with us using it 6-8 times a day for ice for drinks. Note that because of the insulation "bulge" the fridge is about 1/4" taller and 3/8" fatter than the specifications in the manual. It just barely slid into our 36" opening (we put some paste wax on the sides to help it slide in!). Got it on sale plus 10% off for some minor concealed damage for $979 - great deal for the price.

I'd been review & looking at many fridges for many months, as my old one was giving out. I had usually been drawn to this particular one. I wanted Fr. Doors, not double doors (compartments too narrow on some). Also I did NOT need an icemaker. I use little ice & am fine with ice cube trays! Call me old-fashioned! They also take up way too much room from the compartment. So this one does have the optional item in the lower freezer, but if I want, I can even remove that, even tho it doesn't take up much room. Plus my fridge is across from the water supply, not next to it, so one would have to go down underneath to run long tubing, etc. to hook it up. The fridge is fine, tho. I like that being in the upper part & more reachable. The freezer in the bottom is more like a chest freezer (not fond of those), but of course it is smaller, so not too hard to reach things. The one kinda big problem is that there is no "open door" warning & one must pay close attention to making sure the left side closes completely, as it has a phalange (sp?) that laps under the right side, so needs a little extra push to make sure it closes all the way. I like the individually adjustable shelves & the stainless steel/grey combination is very pretty! I DO NOT like all black: too depressing!

We were looking for a quality fridge to replace our old Kenmore. This fridge fit our needs exactly. We did not want the water or ice through the door feature since that just is one more item to break no matter what model you choose and the problems we had with mold build up on this type of feature. The only thing this model does not have is a filter for the ice maker. You have to install an external universal filter for the ice make. This would make placing the filter in a position you can get to it very important. If you attach it to the fridge then you have to pull it out every time you need to change the filter. Also make sure the doors into the house are large enough to get this monster in without scratching it. The install guys came way late, but they did a great job were courteous and professional, just wish they could have called and gave me an accurate estimate and I could have gotten more things done that day. The wife loves the fridge and it is working well and looks great in the kitchen. Also make sure you buy a new water line to the fridge it needs one.

We purchased this refrigerator during their 4th of July sales. It was on sale for $999. I read dozens of reviews on different brands. This refrigerator has been excellent. Great visibility. Great storage capacity. Lighting is excellent. Love the freezer on the bottom and french doors on top. My favorite is the full length deli drawer. If I had to find something negative, it would be the milk bins on the doors are just barely big enough and sometimes the shelves come loose if the milk jugs get stuck and you have to pull hard to lift them out. But that only happens a little bit-I just have made an effort to be careful when removing the milk jugs. And I wish it had a covered door bin for butter. But other than that we are more than pleased. It makes ice quickly. the freezer capacity is great too.

Love this frig. Lots of room and very functional for storing alot of food.

This is our first french door fridge. It gets a little annoying when you need to open both doors to get in to the food drawers at the bottom. The separate drawers in the freezer are fine, but when getting ice out of the freezer sometimes it will fall on the floor because the basket is wire mesh. Also, we have to be a little careful putting food in the basket so it doesn't stick out. The middle divider can be a little difficult to move for oversize items. I have noticed the compressor can be a little noisy when it kicks on.

Did a lot of research before finally buying this refrigerator and so far we're very happy with it. Had it for about 6 months now and have had almost no issues. Pros: - Meets all the basic needs that we needed in a fridge - Great lighting - Quiet - Dependable Cons: - No icemaker filter (but we knew that going into it). Simple enough to buy a $10 inline filter at Home Depot and install it yourself in the back. - Bottom drawer (the wide one) in the main fridge compartment is flimsy. The top lid tends to pop off. - Icemaker location lends itself to dropping ice in the freezer and on the floor. Overall a solid fridge. Wait for it to go on sale and you'll get a great deal.

Only 2 months in, but we are loving this refrigerator. It has ample room and compartments for all sized items. It is very easy to organize or re-organize the shelving to accommodate your groceries. A real like is the rack drawers in the freezer. You can see everything in both pull out compartments at one time, compared to an enclosed drawer that you can't see through the bottom of. It's silent except for an occasional sound from the ice being made. The guys did a great job delivering and installing it too. I totally recommend this product.

I was skeptical to buy this fridge at first due to negative reviews about rusting/cosmetic problem. I finally gave it a shot since its on sale and my old fridge broke already. Great investment I had! Love this fridge it's roomy and quiet. My only issue is it gets really cold to the point the frozen foods on my freezer had ice but it was quickly resolved by putting my freezer level to 2. All in all great buy. My son loves it too! I had it for almost 3 weeks and so far no complaints. Will update in a few months.
