I want a machine to wash my dishes - I don’t need a 2 or 4 hour delay or an extra tray for large utensils.

At almost $200.00 for the pump plus labor the cost to repair this unit is not worth it. I could replace it myself but to put this amount of money into a two year old dishwasher is disgusting. One year warranty is not much confidence in your product.

Electronics died early
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this dishwasher about 2 years ago, the control panel (where the lights light up) started to only work when it wanted to, the Heavy cycle option never worked (at least wouldn't give me the option of choosing it) and just a month ago the motor that sprays water died on me. Very frustrating.

Product Leaked After Installation

I saw this product and it matched the other appliances previously purchased for one of the units. I wasn't going to be able to have it installed until a few weeks after the purchase due to the kitchen cabinets not being installed. I finally installed it and it is leaking everywhere. I called to explain the situation and there was no consideration given at all. I was told that I was past the 30 days by 5 days. I think that its really messed up since that it partially the Best Buy facility's fault. However, the product is leaking from a couple of places. I will definitely strongly considering somewhere else for my household needs.

Doing dishes by hand because whirlpool failed
