Had this machine for 11 months and it stopped working. I coordinated with whirlpool to have it serviced. The company they use took a week to get out here. Then within 5 minutes told me the motor was broken and they can order the part and fix it in two weeks. This very expensive machine broke in less than a year and it will take nearly a month to fix. An absolute disgrace by whirlpool. I will never by from them again.

Just purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy. Great price, great color. I would recommend having the black stainless steel instead of the black. Not equipped with a third rack, but it is a great deal compared to the other retailers.

The two delivery people went straight to work installing the dishwasher and taking the old one with them. Very polite and worked well together.

Came across this floor model at local Best Buy. Great help and good, fair price for scratch/dent. Installed and works like a charm in rental property. Tenant is happy with good quality dishwasher and owner is happy with good price.

No issues after about 1 month. Only complaint is that the 2 position utensil rack is not great. It does not firmly attach to the front of the bottom rack when in that position and easily falls off when trying to pull out the bottom rack

So far, the dishwasher works great. I love Whirlpool brand and tend to stick with what works best for my family. The dishwasher is very quiet and I like that the controls are on the top and not visibly seen. The dishwasher looks very sleek.

We replaced my client's 30yo Bosch dish washer with this Whirlpool and she says it's quiet and effective. Her only complaint is the length of the cycle, but it's possible she just hasn't found a shorter option to try. Happy all around!

This was a replacement for a Kenmore that just died out of the blue. Wonderful choice. For the small premium in price this dishwasher not only does a great job but also had a bunch of functions.

So far so good, had it for about a month and has done a great job thus far. We like the silverware on the door and the extra heated option leaves most dishes rather dry.

Great interior design - no trouble fitting tall cups etc on top rack, and it handled holiday casserole dishes beautifully. I do wish there was a "rinse and hold" feature. Otherwise, the options are good.

We needed the recessed door opener so picked this washer. Would have saved me an extra trip if they included the connecter for the water line.

I was a little disappointed with this product, first it sits very low in my home, but when I get older I will love it. The dishes don’t seem to come very clean on first wash and ive been using the recommended cleaner.

Replaced a faulty Samsung dishwasher that started leaking within 6 months. This machine has been working great for 18 months and looks sleek.

This was a great purchase. The ability to raise and or lower the top shelf makes a big difference with Pots and wine bottles. I also really enjoy the stainless inside, there is never a smell.

The dishwasher cleans well and the adjustable shelf is great. The controls along the door edge are not such a good idea. It seems that they don't respond if you try to operate them with wet hands.

We replaced an old GE builder grade dish washer with a new whirlpool. The difference in sounds was worth upgrade alone. It was so quiet, I had to check to make sure it was on and running.

For the price this dishwasher will do everything we want and dishes come out sparkling clean very quiet almost cant even tell its running very happy with a well made product by whirlpool

The dishwasher operates as expected. I wish that I gotten the version with the silverware rack on top as another option.

Our previous dishwasher shorted out, and we needed to find a new unit quickly. This unit fit our requirement for ease of operation, size and pricing.

Did not know three tiles would have to be removed. Wish a Best Buy could engage a kitchen flooring carpenter. My dishwasher remains in middle of living room.
