This was a very poor experiance! The worce was the way it was ignored after the unit was damage during delivery! I went in few times and management even district office did not contact me! Worse experiance this one!

The product is fine but I wish the sales rep would have to me about the Geek Squad. I could have sign up for that, paid to install the dishwasher and purchase and installed other prices at a discount.

The machine itself is ok...but I do not recommend any Whirlpool products in the Black Stainless Steel. They are TERRIBLE quality and scratch very easily. Within the first week there we scratches. The products seem to be regular stainless steel with some kind of black coating or paint which is NOT DURABLE at all. It's a shame because it is more expense for the Black stainless products and they are APPLIANCES..they should be able to take SOME wear and tear!!! Apparently Samsung is more durable in their Black Stainless products.

Beautiful dishwasher, like the hidden keypad. Very slow wash cycles but guess that's how new ones are. Very quiet, doesn't fit big items or as much due to rotating arms but at least you can adjust the upper shelf up or down.

I will let you know when I get the replacement on Monday June 22, 2020. The 1st one leaked so I got a replacement and it was installed incorrectly. The next one is coming Monday

The install of our new dishwasher took didn't go well. The dishwasher leaked all over our hardwood floors - still drying out. The install brackets are difficult to work with (junk) and so are the brackets holding in the top rack which needs to be removed to install the dishwasher. Like how quiet it runs, the stainless steel tub and the adjustable top rack.

This is the third dishwasher that had to be installed into my home. I do not feel that this dishwasher is working correctly. I have to end up drying my dishes off because it does not dry the dishes. So my question is why I have a dishwasher? I have called Best Buy and even been in Best Buy and talked to the head individual for appliances and I was toldTo add rents aid besides my detergent and that should handle the problem. I did that and it did not handle the problem.

We purchased this dishwasher because it had a lot of good reviews. It looks great and it was easy to install. Granted, my family is large so we do a lot of dishes, maybe 3 to 4 loads a day. In less than two years it started leaking water from the bottom, the plastic wheels feel off the bottom rack and the plastic components on the top rack broke causing it to fall on the bottom rack.

It’s okay didn’t impress me doesn’t wash that good.If you have big pan and pot and they came not good washed...even though I put the solution for drying..it’s ok I had better

There is nothing in the manual about needing to open the door slightly after the cycle is completed in order to get inside of dishwasher to completely dry. That's ridiculous.

After only 1.5 yrs of use the upper rack roller broke up. Cheap plastic rollers won’t last

Acting up after a year of purchase. I only have used it 8 times since purchase. What a pain.

Unfortunately the dishwasher only lasted 2.5 years and expensive to repair. It did wash the dishes well, but really expected more life out of the product.
