Washes great. Circulation pump has stopped working 9 months after installation. Now technician has ordered the new part to be installed in a couple weeks. 4 weeks without a dishwasher doesn’t sound fair especially for having the into be less than a year old.

Matched the other appliances & great price. Works good. Versatile color.

Very disappointed. First one the installer said it was an electrical issue on house end. Was not. One week later they return to tell me dishwasher doesn’t work- it has power but would not accept water. 4 days later they deliver another one. Although it is standard size, there is a metal piece that is higher on top under the counter. So then installer tells me to go pick out a different model. So frustrated!!!

This new dishwasher doesn’t clean as well as my older Kitchen Aide. There is a white film on the dishes even after using a rinse aide. Also, the utensil basket is VERY small and doesn’t hold much.

would give a zero to service first one came damaged took 6 weeks to get another one while the damaged one sat in the middle of my kitchen BB wouldn't get it until new one came in. told me special order nothing said special order when ordered first one. Like the dishwasher now that I finally got a good one. only disappointment is keeping the silverware tray attached.

Soap dispenser broke the first month. Some things like knives and forks usually have to be washed twice.

Great while it worked. I have had this for almost 14 months and its motor died. I won't buy another Whirlpool again.

It has been over a month and they haven't delivered it yet and they have rescheduled the delivery 5 times I feel jerked around

Loved (note past tense) this dishwasher until the pump fried after 9 months of light use. Seriously?

We traded the first one in for this dishwasher and it doesn’t dry the dishes, leaks the dish soap on silverware. Just doesn’t clean or anything like my older one did.

Poorly built and poorly designed. The door handle loosened after 6 months. The spray motor went out and needed replacement after 3 years. The silverware doesn’t get very clean s the basket is attached door. The silverware tray also catches the detergent pod when it drops out of detergent compartment.

Already broke and I had it less than 2 years. Not happy at all.

Broke in 14 months. Whirlpool warranty is only 12 months. The pump motor broke. Had to pay a couple hundred bucks for a technician to come and replace the part.

We purchased the Bosch, rep installed incorrectly and we didn't know, we exchanged for this one. Top shelf all plastic pieces completely broken. Does not work correctly. Has not since purchase. Love the look outside of it. That is all. Do not buy this!

We had SO MANY issues with this appliance in the end it was defined as a 'lemon' and we received a full refund. We spent the money on a better quality product. Don't waste your money on this unit.

We have always had Whirlpool kitchen appliances and this dishwasher replaced a 19 year old dishwasher that still worked because I wanted to switch to stainless appliances. They definitely don't make them like they used to! Based on features, this one looked like an upgrade to what we had before. The first few months I loved our new dishwasher. It was super quiet and the dishes were clean. It was much easier to load than the old one that had a cone shaped plastic piece in the middle of the bottom tray. Even on the extra drying cycle, the dishes still come out wet but I can deal with that. However, after the fully loaded bottom rack came off the tracks for about the fifth time and I had to wrestle with the weight of it to get back on the track, it started to bother me. The plastic parts are so much thinner and cheaper than the old versions. The silverware holder just rests on two little pegs on the outside of the bottom rack so it often comes loose and bumps the button that dumps the clean silverware all over the floor as you are trying to lift it out. Also, the plastic pegs that separate the plates on the bottom rack are too short. So, if you put dinner plates in, they stand up straight until you move the rack and then they all fall over about 30 degrees and hit the plate next to it. The dishwasher had a 12 month warranty and at close to 15 months, the motor gave out. I called Whirlpool and they did come out and replace the motor under the warranty so I added a star for that since they stood behind the product.

Ordered in August delivered in October After the 7 day and only ran it 5 times the water pump quit and The water ran all over my kitchen floor I’m still waiting for pickup and a new dishwasher

Almost no noise when running and great job cleaning dishes.

Yep that one hour cycle is a real winner when most dishwashers now take 2 to 3 hours. This one can take that long too if you want but why bother. Mostly drying time anyway. Open the door and let em air dry. Internally this is pretty much identical to the Whirlpool dishwasher I bought more than 10 years. Well except this one is stainless instead of plastic. And cost about the same. After losing the control panel for the second time on my old one, I figured I might as well buy a new one. Quite the bargain -- about the same price as 10 years ago but nicer stainless inside and out and much much quieter. Just be careful opening the door during a cycle. Crack it first unless you want a shower. And dont forget to hit start again to resume. The single light on the front is a nice touch. Blue when washing, red when drying, white when done. Simple. Elegant.

Unit sweats constantly therefore the inside is wet and smells.
