Good dishwasher.. only allows auto settings , we cannot do custom timings..

Iniitally purchased this may 21st. Had it installed and when they were checking it, it wasnt working. Had it scheduled again for it to be replaced, again it doesnt work. So disappointed. With this product and best buy. Its more than a month that I purchased it and still they havent replaced it. They should try it 1st if it is functioning well than delivering it just to know it will not work.

We purchased this dishwasher on January 15, 2020. By mid-November the heating element quit working. Since it was under manufacturer's warranty we had to use a whirlpool authorized repair company. The repairmen looked at it on December 18th and we are still waiting for the part. Just one more reason not to buy this appliance. Other reasons' the wash cycle can take over 3 hours, it won't work properly without a rinse-aid, there is no locking mechanism and there is only a very small "clean" when the dishes are done that disappears when the door is opened and closed.

We had to replace a plastic piece on the bottom rack after 18 months that stopped the door from closing. Had to call for an in home repairs because it stopped draining during cycles spewing out water.

The Inside part of doors has a lot of spots. And I see I little bit rust inside

The appliance and the delivery/installation crew were great but the company that does the scheduling stinks. XPO is the company. They called me the day before and gave me a 7am to 10am installation window. I called around 11am and was told that they will reach out to the installer and call me back with an update. Nothing Called again around 2pm. They gave me another story about bad cell service and would call me back with an update but plan on 2 more hours. Nothing Called again around 5:45. Same runaround. Finally got a pre-arrival call from the delivery/installer that they would be there in 20 minutes. They showed up at 7:15, delivered and installed a dishwasher and washer/dryer and completed the job in 45 minutes. Did a great job. I waited 12 hours and got the runaround all day from XPO. Not pleased with Best Buy’s delivery program. Your better off going to a local appliance store and not a big box store for your appliance delivery and installation.

I hope it’s great but I bought it a month ago and still waiting on delivery.

We've only had this 8 months. Around 3 months have been trying to get it to work. We've had 3 Whirlpool tech visits and it's still not working properly. We have another visit scheduled to replace another part.

Nice and clean look. Took some time to fit brackets in for stabilization but overall works great.

So far it’s left a film on my dishes no matter what detergent I use. May just be my experience.

dishwasher is not working . after paying an installer to install it , water is not getting inside the unit . when i unpacked it , water dripped from the bottom. looks like best buy people repackaged a broken unit and put it back on the shelve . extremely disapointed by best buy on this one . not only i will have now to pay someone to take it out butbi will also have to pay again to re install the replacememt

We have larger handled flatware, doesn’t fit in the holes. Other wise satisfied with dishwasher

Cheap plastic material inside dishwasher. Ok customer service.

Lasted 14 months... Just past the twelve month warranty. Pump died and costs as much to replace it as it does for a new dishwasher, according to the tech.

The dishwasher takes a very long time to complete one cleaning cycle and even then the dishes aren't completely dry. Also, sometimes the door does not close fully and sometimes pops back open on its own.

The product does not dry the dishes well. We have to leave the dishwasher door open for hours to get the dishes dry.

It only performs the basic functions and a little bit noisy.

We built our kitchen renovation around Whirlpool appliances. The refrigerator quit working after 4 months of use and we have had no true satisfaction or rectification from Best Buy or Whirlpool. The closest certified Whirlpool technician to where we live is 3 hours away. This issue is holding us up from moving into our new house and putting our current house up for sale. I truly hope that the other 5 Whirlpool appliances we purchased work out better.
