I have smaller glasses and they do not position themselves well on the rack. While it is quiet. My 10 year old machine did a better job. I replaced it simply due to a remodel to stainless. Spend the extra money.

Posted .Hello sm1188, please make sure that you are using a Rinse Aid with your unit. Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for good drying performance. Without rinse aid, your dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The Heat Dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. For most water conditions, the factory setting will give good results. However, if you are experiencing poor drying performance, you may want to try a higher setting. Turn the arrow adjuster inside the dispenser to change rinse aid setting. We hope this helps!

The unit wouldn't get power. Called customer service and they were on it. Scheduled a technician in a day or two and got the issue resolved. The technician told me it was a damaged control panel. Completely covered by the warranty and works great now. The dry cycle does great and makes it possible to put dishes away rather quickly.

Only issues is not all the water is pushed out the unit after cycle and can smell moldy if not used in a few days. Decent but wish this issue was addressed somehow.
