I got this to match the rest of the appliances in my newly remodeled kitchen. The only thing I didn't like was the silverware holder mounted on the inside of the door. The first time I ran a load like that it didn't really clean the silverware well. Then I changed the holder to be on the lower rack and it cleaned better. Overall good purchase.

Installers were polite, courteous, and professional. Best Buy made good on missed original installation date. We are satisfied with all included, will be back asap.

We are very pleased with our new dishwasher

We use the 1 hour cycle and it works great. Many reviews complained about the silverware on the door, but that is one of my favorite features. We had it in our last Whirlpool too. It gives you so much more room for dishes, and the silverware comes out clean.
