Like that the upper deck is height adjustable. An upgrade in every way compared to the cheap GE that failed in less than 3 years that came with our house. Got this for $500, feels more like a $1000 dishwasher. Only minor concern is that it requires rinse aid to fully dry dishes.

For the price, the build quality is lacking and the soap door which has an automatic operating mechanism broke so the cleaning cycle basically no longer works. The fix is to install a new soap dispenser and after some research will likely cost over $150. The real issue is do I replace a defective part with another defective part?? I would avoid this product if you are needing reliability and durability.

Still haven't figured out when I need to add rinse aid

Loews charged and Home Depot wouldn't deliver. Another extra we got a $50 gift card and used my points for even more savings .

Best Buy was wonderful throughout the process. I gave it 4 stars because I can't give it a true review as I never actually used the dishwasher. It is a very nice looking dishwasher though.
