My old unit stopped working a week prior to Black Friday and this unit is decades better! Definitely recommend

Good product, but not as good as KitchenAid

I purchased a KitchenAid for my second home and I am blown away at how quiet it is versus this one. It also cleans the dishes with no residue unlike this one at times. Overall this is a good dishwasher for the money though.

Best Buy was great to deal with, I had to cancel the 1st dishwasher I ordered because it had a handle on it, needed a pocket handle due a cupboard drawer sliding out in front of it. Might want to keep this in mind when you pick out a dishwasher. Best Buy changed order with no problems.

Great at cleaning but....

Tried all diff things. The steam is just too much for the dishwasher and it gets trapped inside and causes these water droplets. Good idea to leave the dishwasher open after the heat cycle is done. Then inside remains dry

Not happy at all

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not very happy because when I purchased the dishwasher I thought I was getting a new one, but when it was delivered and I was not able to install it because the part to attach the water was all worn out and the plumbers could not install and a return sticker fell off the back, I know that was a return that was sold to me, granted the salesperson tools care of me, but I needed the dishwasher right away as I had company for the holidays, when they were able to install it was just before Xmas , not happy at all, also the salesperson did not explain to me that the dishwasher I purchased need a special holding tank and it would take over 2 hours for a load to wash. I have 7 people in my household and can’t wait 2 hours for a load to get done. NOT AT ALL HAPPY
