This was a major upgrade for us from the "builder" special we had which we could here while watching TV. Now it is hard to even know when it is running. We looked at the Samsung but learned it did not have a heating element where the Whirlpool did, and the options on this model was just what we needed. Didn't need to go overboard.

Nice quiet dishwasher is doing what it is supposed to do. The only issue I feel needs to be fixed is to have a way to fasten the silverware holder to the bottom basket like you can to the door. If you want it on the basket it just sits on these two tabs and falls off very easily. It should snap in to place in both locations.

I went to the Best Buy store and had a gentleman there help me. I was looking for something cost efficient as well as no exterior buttons. The machine runs quietly and looks great in my kitchen. The best part is that the spoon holder is not in the actual dish rack. It is on the door and can be moved.

I love my new dishwasher! Dishes are clean!! One thing to know before purchase. It does not dry the dishwasher for several uses. After several washes it does finally. I was told it is something they spray the dishwasher with before it leaves the factory

Having the controls in the top of the door took a little getting used to, but nothing insurmountable--just have to make sure that we don't accidentally press the wrong cycle...The quietness is really amazing!

No complaints about this dishwasher, It does everything we expected and cleans great on the 1 hour wash cycle, which we use since we prewash dishes. Installation instructions could have been a little bit easier to follow. But 5 stars now.

It took three of these before we got one that worked. The first one had electrical wires hanging out the bottom. On the second one, the pump did not work which we found out after it was installed, so we were without a dishwasher for a week until the next one came in. The third one is working but I would look elsewhere for a more reliable brand.

It is still not installed, and we purchased it almost 3 weeks ago. They are suppose to be here some time today before 1pm today. Hope they show.... But it sure looks nice sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Will be glad to get the box out of here soon.

Great product. I’m well above average on appliance installation. If you’re not really handy on that sort of thing I’d suggest you call a pro or someone who is capable. I can see installation being a bit of a problem if you’re not prepared. Otherwise.. I love it!

I love this dishwasher so much. There is a ton of space and the fact i can move the silverware drawer around is perfect. The touch screen is hidden which provides a sleek look.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

It's a decent dishwasher. Only negative comment I have is the storage for the utensils is not easy to work with because of the slots you have to use (unless you want them to all go into one of the compartments together).

It gets the job done but I do have to say I am not a fan of the silverware tray in the door. Also, the half the tray slots do not fit silverware.

This is what I was hoping for, but didn't think I could get unless I spent a lot more. So far so good and have no reason to believe this will change.

I had to replace my kitchen aid with the replacement plan. This was one of the only dishwashers that was immediately available. Its a little noisy and doesn't dry anything. otherwise ok

Very solid machine. Replaced an older unit and the installation was straight-forward (recommend getting a install kit sold by most stores). Very quiet operation.

This is another amazing product by Whirlpool It’s features far out way the cost Top rack has adjustable features It has a 1 hour cycle and the inside is stainless steel & energy efficient. Highly recommend this product.

The Whirlpool products are well made. However this particular model has the silverware tray on the door and is definitely not a great idea. The silverware bin should have remained on the bottom rack.

Okay before the negative stuff: - washes great - very quiet Bad: - leaked out the front and so had to order another unit.

Still learning how to operate it to get the best results, but very pleased so far. The utensil basket in the door really makes more room to wash larger dishes! So far finding plenty of room for washing everything!
