I loved my dish washer when I received it and after first use it was quite, but I am not happy that it leaves a residue on my dishes even with the jet drip, a little pricey for the quality

They installed the dishwasher and wasn’t closed correctly waiting for the new one and the new delivery guys they fixed and no need to return it.

After 2 weeks of trying silverware in different positions, hand drying the glasses and sorting for unclean dishes - I called Whirlpool on 9/3. Multiple conversations and hours on hold. 1st response was for me to find a tech to fix it, pay them upfront and get reimbursed by Whirlpool. No tech would touch it in my area. 2nd response - they are going to replace it. I am baffled by this machine not performing as well as my previous Whirlpool. It appears to be washing in cold water - even with the Hi-Temp selected. It is not cleaning or drying the glassware or silverware. 60% of silverware is left with debris (even with bringing the basket 'inside' the bottom rack). The dishwasher was installed by Best Buy. Will change my review if/when the new one performs better - after 10/3/19. Glad I took out the 5 year extended warranty.

I purchased this unit mainly because it was an upgrade and fingerprint resistant. My old dishwasher was fine, but didn’t match the rest of our appliances. I want to start with the “stainless steel” door front which is more like a cheap plastic type material. Also we have run this dishwasher 3 times and each time all the dishes are wet along with the inside of the machine, I am worried that after a couple of Months it will get moldy. Even when the installation tech ran the dishwasher to test it it was soaking inside after, even where the dishwasher pod goes was full of water. I would definitely not recommend to a friend at all!

I was not too impressed. I bought it because it was on sale. It does have the flush look, but having to open the door to turn it on becomes a nuisance. Another downside; A full wash takes over than 2.5 hours. I have to opt for a fast wash ( 1 hour) otherwise the dishwasher runs all day.

Utensil bin is a bit small, and don't like that it mounts on the door, other than that happy with it.

I would not recommend this dishwasher. We've had it for about 2 years and there are numerous broken plastic parts. The top rack falls out, it doesn't clean the dishes well and overall, is very disappointing.

Average dishwasher. Didn't fit into previous dishwasher's space, but made it work

You get what you pay for. Sort of noisy. Does an ok job cleaning. Doesn't dry well.

Finally got this delivered. Had to install ourselves because order got messed up. Maybe we just don't know how to use it, but it doesn't seem to clean the dishes like it should. Got my daughter one at the same time I got mine. She loves it

Its not a bad dishwasher except you have to use heavy cycle to get dishes clean.

I would give this unit zero stars if that were an option. From day one we had problems with this. We contacted whirlpool to have it looked at and they sent a repair man. We have been waiting on the repair man to get our parts to us since Nov, 2020. Here it is March of 2021 and we have yet to see our repairman. The dishwasher unit itself is junk. It doesn't clean silverware unless the basket is all but empty and it's on the soak/clean cycle which takes about 4-5 hours to run. We are a family of 7, so we are constantly having a lot of dishes to wash. Save your money and stay away from whirlpool. We are waiting on parts so we can sell this and we are upgrading to a Cafe brand dishwasher.

Have ran several loads of dishes it won’t dry it’s wet inside on the walls of the dishwasher and the door the dishes are still wet and it smells like mildew. Having a new dishwasher delivered in two weeks thought that was a little long to have to wait

Only have had it for 1.5 years, and its already leaking out the bottom. Incredibly disappointed, but up until now it had been working fine

-3 stars because it leaves spots, does not clean dishes throughly and takes a long time to run. +2 stars because it looks nice and runs very quietly. Here is a picture of how poorly it washed my white bowl that had Coco Krispies.

Do not have Best Buy install anything, my new dishwasher is leaking water now 1 month later when I use it, about the 5th-6th time I used it....I don't trust Best Buy now to INSTALL ANYTHING! And was going to buy a nice Refrigerator..... CAROL KAYE

I purchased it in April of 2019 and it is now Oct of 2021 and I am having to have a replacement. It was serviced twice and the tech said that he is not able to fix it. Now I am forced to get a model 200 dollars cheaper because Best Buy did not have it in stock. Don't waste your time with this one. It worked great when it worked. Definitely buy a geek squad plan because you are going to need it.

This was part of a suite of Whirlpool products that we purchased a bit over a year ago. It doesn't work anymore. It runs, but dishes don't clean; soap doesn't even get dissolved. Tried all of their troubleshooting, still nothing.

This dishwasher has been leaking at random and not every time. It does clean the dishes well though.ot a happy camper.

The heating element has already gone out and now it doesn't dry. Save your money and buy s nicer unit.
