    My original dishwasher broke so I bought this one during Black Friday sale. The dishes come out clean but the dryer doesn’t dry. The seal it tight so what ever water remains becomes stinky. My new dishwasher pretty much stinks... literally! #disappointed

    A little over a year already broke

    Pretty bummed about this dishwasher. Bought it in May of 2019 and the motor broke November 2020. We run it once a day, so I don’t think it’s been overused. Definitely won’t be getting another Whirlpool.

    i just bought this a few months ago and i'm throwing it into the landfill. not even going to waste my time and money to have it fixed, because i don't think it was ever intended to actually wash dishes, let alone dry them (in spite of the drying cycle). complete waste of money.

    The repair guy Whirlpool send out had to order parts twice. I'll update this if they get it fixed. Its a pain in the butt so far.

    After several calls and being on hold for over an hour, we finally got it working thanks to Whirlpool. Your call system has a lot to be desired!

    Did not call within 30 minutes before delivery. Non-Best Buy contracted delivery with local rental truck and 2 workers. No mask Only delivered dishwasher without install kit. They stated "no install kit when we picked up delivery" No order. Did not sign delivery receipt because they did not have one. Not able to install due to no install kit. Best buy did not call or ask how was the delivery? Best buy is not aware of what occurred as explained above.

    Missing critical connectors.

    Didn't come with Whirlpool specific connection to water line. I have all of my connectors from my old dishwasher, and they don't connect to Whirlpool. If I have to go back to the store, it is going to be to return the dishwasher, not get more parts. Also, handle is loose, and it looks like I would have to take the door apart to fix.

    A salesman quoted and wrote down the price on the back of his card.Since we were returning a machine that was installed that day, the order could not be placed into the system until the next day . The next day the manager of the store would not honor the price on the back of the salesman's card saying the salesman made a mistake. The price difference was about $50. We bought the machine, but my trust in Best Buy as an honorable company is gone. I will not buy a new product from Best Buy for the foreseeable future.

    I bought this one on March 2020 , It lasted only two year. The repair guys told that the controller board needs to replaced and unfortunately whirlpool does not make that controller board anymore. My old GE builder grade dishwasher lasted 8 years. Will never buy anything from whirlpool ever against.

    I bought this dishwasher exactly one year ago and the motor already went out. Apparently I am not the only one this dishwasher needs to be recalled as it seems to be a common problem and your still selling this piece of junk

    We have had three of these delivered. The first one flooded my kitchen, the second two leaked. I do not recommend this dishwasher. However, I will say that Best Buy’s customer service has been outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

    Almost one year after purchase, the (and I assume Chinese plastic) top rack broke and fell out entirely. I will no longer purchase ANYTHING Whirlpool. Pic too large for Best Buy to handle...

    Was excited about a new dishwasher but this does not dry dishes. Went in to the store and they said I had to call Whirlpool for the issue. Not happy after spending a lot of money for 3 appliances. Wished I had my old one back.

    Terrible dishwasher, we purchased this in 2021 and 2 months in continuously have E2/F2 error code that will not go away. I would avoid whirlpool dishwashers because it seems to be a common issue with all models.
