The toddler can't turn it only because the buttons are on top of the door, tucked under the counter. We can't seem to get the dishes to completely dry after a wash, even on heated dry. That may be user error though.

Problems Right Out Of The Box...

The unit looks clean and sleek but I've already had to call a repairman less than a month after install. They're still trying to figure out what the problem is. Planning on returning somehow. Maybe just bad luck, we got a lemon, but I probably won't buy a Whirlpool again.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does the job, the silverware tray is a little cumbersome, but once you figure out how to load it so the silverware doesn't get caught up on the hooks, it works fine. Maybe your silverware fits in the slots like it's designed for, but mine doesn't. So, I just open all of them and it works fine. Stainless steel finish does require some effort to keep clean.
