I've only owned it for a little over a month and have called the repair man to fix. The repair man suggested one with a stainless steel interior vs the plastic tub.

I originally purchased the stainless steel inside and out model, valued around $499. It took weeks to get it (a whole other story) That model went out of stock after I ordered it, then was discontinued. They gave me a discount for the month long nightmare and offered this model. Not the same quality. Very noisy and doesn't dry the dishes when Heat Dry is selected. The next model up the scale was $700+ which left me no choice but to accept this one. I probably should have gone somewhere else but I just bought a Whirlpool fridge and wanted them to match as they sit right next to each other.
