I have reviewed different models before selecting this one. In reality it is far better than the rest. Most importantly it is so quiet that you wouldn’t believe it is running.

The third rack is perfect for straws and lids that go with the kids cups and knives. This model is extremely quiet and very easy to install yourself. Would recommend to anyone looking for a powerful and quiet dishwasher.

Love the third rack and being able to adjust the second rack. Cycle is long but worth it. Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned, highly recommended

Customer service @ Citrus Heights, CA is phenomenal...the manager took the time to show me each Dishwasher feature and the matching components. Made my kitchen look super sleek, modern, and it cleans well and is easy to use!

And Whirlpool REFUSES TO do anything about it. I would NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. I think this is pure garbage.

Run time is a tad long at 4 hrs if you use all the features (i.e. heated dry, sani-rinse, etc) but it gets the job done and holds a great amount. The racks are great for making sure each dish os clean and dry. Easy to install.

This unit also has the third rack which is nice for silverware and cooking utensils.

Even the express wash does well. Cons: haven't figured out how to load bowls such that they don't fall over (the instructions were kinda vague).
