Process was easy ordered online and picked up in store. Installation was straightforward for a dishwasher. Replaced a 10+ year old Maytag that went out. Like the stainless steel tub.it’s quieter than the one it replaced. Only time will tell if it’s a good buy.

The +'s: It's quiet Washes good. The -'s: The third top shelf is not only a mediocre design KitchenAid's is much better. Dishes in the upper two shelves do not dry; they're left with water droplets that need to be wiped dry. Disappointed in its performance for the price, hence 3 Stars.

very quiet when in operation. easy set-up and use

This dishwasher works very well on the quick wash and normal dry cycles. There are only two of us so we let our dishes sit for a few days before washing and they still come out great. Of course plastics still need to be dried by hand, but we have never had a dishwasher, no matter what brand or how expensive, that dried Tupperware. The third rack comes in handy for long utensils, flat lids, and such as do the adjustable racks and tines. The stainless steel tub is beautiful and should hold up well. Overall we are satisfied for the price we paid and the Best Buy installation was very professional.
