Good buy for the money, works better than expected

I had my old dishwasher for 20 years! Leary about getting a new one. Everyone says the new ones are terrible. I disagree, this one is fantastic!

DW design is very nice and looks good in my kitchen, BUT it doesn't fully dry the silverware or upper rack. Items are still wet and the inside of DW is wet after "drying" cycle. I've only used it twice on "quick wash", but that shouldn't matter. Is this normal for this machine or do I need service on a brand new machine??

This dishwasher is so quiet! Big time upgrade from our last one.

Have had it for a month now. It is super quiet. Washes and dries as it’s suppose to. Bought it to match our Refrigerator.

Overall we like the dishwasher but not sure about the third rack (not very high so won't hold anything with any size). The bottom rack also has one row of fold down tines which we hate. Have anchored the silver tray over the last tine so it won't fold down and can be used properly for plates. We don't use enough bowls for the fold-down tines to be of any use for us. If we had known about the fold-down tines when we were looking at dishwashers we would not have chosen this model. Also, the dark interior is horrible -- can't see anything inside!

Rating based primarily on the contract installer who went above and beyond and did an excellent installation. Understand this was a replacement for a unit I purchased that had an error message and thus exchanged. No comparison to the quality of work performed by the two contractors. The first installer was mediocre at best. The second was incredible and fixed everything.
