Bought and installed on 02/14/2025, dead in the water on 5/30/2025.Completely dead. Nothing powers up. Purchased a Whirpool laundry washing machine on 10/2023 with BB 18 month financing. On 02/2025, the final payment with a balance of $240, the machine called it quits!

Returning it. Not as good as my old one-whirpool brand but old one( used more than 10 yrs). Also it doesn't dry when i use normal dry mode. noise is ok, not too quiet not too loud.

The leak protection feature that is included in the dishwasher ONLY works with certain types of leaks. Whirlpool website and brochure doesn’t state how limited it is. Purchased new from Best Buy in Brick NJ. Installed by plumber. 5 weeks after install discover that there is a leak on underside of unit. Leaks a small amount every use and took about 12 uses for water to be noticeable. @BestBuy said they can’t help because the new unit is outside of 14 day return period. @whirlpool will review after local technicians comes out to assess situation - in a month as they are limited with resources. The dishwasher is a lemon and no urgency from either Whirlpool or Best Buy to resolve. There’s much better companies to purchase from than these two!!!!
