Love my new dishwasher. It's extremely quiet, dishes are coming out perfect. I didn't realize how bad my old unit was!!

It’s quiet and does a great job on the dishes. I like that has options on wash cycles depending on what we’re washing.

Awesome. Got the Whirlpool in exchange for a twice defective LG. So happy be bought the Geek Squad 5 year protection. Best Buy stood behind their warranty.

Installation team was courteous and efficient. They were able to quickly resolve adaptation to connecting to the existing water supply.

returned the bosch for this one, much bigger! Not as big as the older whirlpool washers, and racks sit a bit lower then most. But overall is a great washer.

We bought this dishwasher in September 2021. One year and half later, the steam vent is RUSTING. And Whirlpool REFUSES TO do anything about it. I would NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. I think this is pure garbage.

Great purchase. We were never big on a dish washer until now. My kids loves it especially my oldest son since he doesn't have to wash dishes anymore

DO NOT buy a whirlpool dishwasher from Best Buy!! If anything breaks or stops working within the 1st year, geek squad will not do anything because it is still under the whirlpools 1 year warranty and you will have to call them directly and you could be waiting MONTHS like I was told. Our dishwasher broke 4 months after buying it and we cannot get it fixed by anyone despite it being within both our warranty from whirlpool and also geek squad. We will be paying out of pocket or waiting 6+ weeks for whirpool’s own service crew. Seems crazy with TWO warranties that we have to find a third party to fix it and pay for it separately.

This machine is extremely quiet, but we bought this machine because we were told that it would completely dry our dishes. We have set the machine to quick wash and wash with the dry cycle (which is over 3 hours run time) and the dishes come out soaking wet. So, now we have wasted our money for the machine and the cost of the electric. I do not recommend this dishwasher unless you don't mind hand drying.

Much better job cleaning than our old dishwasher. We got a new dishwasher at the same time as our fridge because our old dishwasher had a very loud annoying door.

Great dishwasher, I bought the installation kit but I don’t know why they give wire nuts for electrical connections, have to go to Lowe’s to buy end connectors and the electrical cord it’s not marked color coded for installation other then that it’s a great machine

Had a lot of good options listed and the representative was extremely helpful in comparing this dishwasher quality to others Buying it from Best Buy was the same price as other locations but the delivery was much faster

Within the first few months, the plastic lamination that you need to use to turn on/ off the dishwasher, came undone. One year later, the door handle fell off. I previously owned a Bosch and was advised to purchase a Whirlpool as the quality would be far superior. After purchasing, I learned Whirlpool was purchased by Bosch so I now have a cheap Bosch that has fallen apart within 1.5 years…do not buy!

We love this dishwasher. Works perfectly for our family.

While you cannot go wrong with the brand name. It does have an issue with a lot moisture residue. Perhaps after a few uses this will get resolved.

Cleans well, is quiet and the third row for utensils is hsndy

Love the dishwasher but we are even more impressed by Ashley S. at the Huntsville, Al store #514. She was very knowledgeable about all the products, she was covered in customers but was patient with all.
