Nice machine

I marvel at how clean everything is. I have never had a dishwasher that gets things clean with no rinsing--game changing. Have had this dishwasher a month now and will update should things go wrong.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this dishwasher about two weeks ago and it constantly beeps and gives an error reading that says F1/E1 and then starts draining. According to the manual this is a control panel defect. We unplug it to reset the unit and after a few minutes or a few hours it starts up again. The beeping is very annoying, as is the loud draining sound. Browsing through the reviews, it sounds like another customer has had the same problem. Best Buy was helpful and is bringing out a new unit, but I’m concerned it will have the same problem. We will see. I recommend that others avoid this unit and look at other brands. Whirlpool seems to have quality control problems.

Now i am stuck calling manufacturer and geek squad back and forth so someone can come fix it. Have been kept on hold with no proper response for an hour now. Agent just keeps transferring calls. Extremely horrible experience.
