If I could give it zero stars I would, we have had it break two different times on us. Parts are on backorder and now we play the waiting game for three weeks until we hear from Whirlpool to decide if it should be escalated to a bigger problem, meaning probably more wait time. I’ve heard terrible reviews about their customer service and did not disappoint in tha, which has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended not getting this dishwasher.

I bought this whirlpool dishwasher in January 2023. It has only worked for 3 weeks since we bought it. First the plastic connector connecting the dishwasher to the water supply arrived cracked. I called whirlpool to get a replacement part. After replacing the part, the pump on the dishwasher broke. I called Whirlpool and they somehow lost our registration and manually entered product purchase date for January 2022 leaving us with a nonworking dishwasher. They refused to cover service and have left us with a perpetually broken dishwasher. I will never but another whirlpool product again. Whirlpool delved in shady practices to avoid responsibility for a low-quality product.

This dishwasher stopped working 6 days after the warranty ended (which my mom was under the impression she renewed but I think the Best Buy policy is just misleading). I woke up one day and was going to empty it for her and reload it and it was completely unresponsive. We even had a geek squad guy come out for $100 to diagnose the issue and he was unhelpful as well. Apparently most of the repair parts cost nearly as much as a new dishwasher. It's really unfortunate that whirlpool sells products it can't stand behind to people like my parents who work hard to finally update their appliances after using their past ones for over 15 years. It's also unfortunate that Best Buy has no support for issues like this.

Not worth the money- fooled me twice- not again

I bought two of these dishwashers, and both have had multiple issues within 4 years. Replaced the heating elements and a year later needs the same repair. A lot of the 4-5 star reviews are based on owning for a week and saying " wow this works great" but none of us feel like buying another dishwasher and repairing them non-stop. These companies are making junk, all of us remember when appliances lasted 10-20 years, I wish Toyota would make dishwashers!! If they stood behind their products the warranty would be longer!

It only lasts about three years before issues arise. It doesn't clean your dishes very well.

Stay away..cheaply made faulty Control board

Stay away from Whirlpool DW, this is my second DW of same model, first one was replaced as it was not repairable and 2nd one had the same issue e1f6 error code which needs control board replacement, whirlpool customer service rejected to cover as its out of warranty by few months. All whirlpool DW are cheaply made with almost all of them have UI board issues. I Donot recommend thia product. I wish I can give 0 star.

Used about 20 times in the first year, on month 14 the diverter pump assembly broke. This is a very expensive part that Whirlpool doesn't even sell. They don't offer any warranty on this part so now I am stuck buying another dishwasher after spending $500 on this only one year ago. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL !!!

I canceled the order because they know called and no showed on the agreed-upon schedule date. Period. I went and bought at Lowe’s. I highly recommend shopping there.

I bought the dishwasher is June of 2021 thinking Whirpool is a great brand. I was so wrong, this is a HORRIBLE appliance. In 2 years I am starting to see rust on the door. Rust in 2 years, are you kidding me whirlpool !! I am just about ready to throw this apliance in garbage. Stay away from this dishwasher.
