Paid for install and geek squad. Install said couldnt. Paid plumber. Plumber said they could have. Have called too many times to count. Three times said couldnt reschedule becausebin transit even though sitting in my kitchen. Finally an appointment again. No confirmation. Still not installed. Upset and let down.

I am not happy with the quality as I compare it to the one that I had to replace. Flimsy quality of racks. Water and spots at end of cycle. Disappointed!

I shouldn't have to pay $1,000 for a feature so simple to the controls so our toddler doesn't interrupt/initiate a wash cycle.

The leak protection feature that is included in the dishwasher ONLY works with certain types of leaks. Whirlpool website and brochure doesn’t state how limited it is. Purchased new from Best Buy in Brick NJ. Installed by plumber. 5 weeks after install discover that there is a leak on underside of unit. Leaks a small amount every use and took about 12 uses for water to be noticeable. @BestBuy said they can’t help because the new unit is outside of 14 day return period. @whirlpool will review after local technicians comes out to assess situation - in a month as they are limited with resources. The dishwasher is a lemon and no urgency from either Whirlpool or Best Buy to resolve. There’s much better companies to purchase from than these two!!!!
