Leaks water on floor and keeps needing repairs

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 5 months, the dishwasher is leaking and leaving a puddle of water on my floor. Whirlpool has been out 4 times already to repair it and now wants to come out a 5th time. I've asked for it to be replaced but they will only continue to repair it. I would not recommend this machine and would stay away from Whirlpool in the future.

Confused not as pictured

The installers said it can come with a different handle. I purchased this because a friend has one. The handle on it looks like a towel rack and does not match my other appliances. I was informed by the installer I could purchase the other handle?! I don't think so. I had to call Whirlpool for a repair issue. Its taking 2 weeks just to get someone out. I am hoping the can switch out the handle and fix/adjust the door....otherwise RETURN!!

Watch out for leaking

Apparently this was a recalled item and we were not made aware. Whirlpool has replaced the heating element with steel gasket seals rather than aluminum or brass material. I'm in the process of filing a damage claim to our wood floor.

After 18 months it’s already leaking

Huge Disappointment

Took 2 weeks to get a repair person-now he has to order a part-no telling how long that will take and then another wait to schedule the repair. Most likely not going to have a dishwasher for my 20+ family Christmas dinner.

Not as good as previous appliance

Low height for loading

Left install incomplete and with a leak

Put new dishwasher in and got an error code. then told me to push a few buttons in an hour to clear the code. they said they would "contact their dispatcher". Now I find a leak this morning after trying to get in touch with my salesperson. the error is still on. They essentially left me with a leaky dishwasher and no way to fix it. Will NEVER use BEST BUY again

Dirty Glasses

We have tried everything, different soap, adjust water temp, etc. Nothing has worked! Has anyone else noticed this? If so, what is the solution? BTW it’s not etching.

Stopped Working in Less Than Three Weeks

What a piece of garbage. Stopped working after three weeks!! Service came and said it was a broken console. They ordered a new part and schedules another visit a week later to install it. Received a call on the install date to say the part was on backorder. That's a BIG RED FLAG to me as it says I am not be the only one with this issue.

Bad equipment and or technicians

Failed to work! can't get it to work! can't get a technician from Best Buy in time.

Latch Broke

Worst part is that Best Buy Totaltech says it's under manufacture warranty so they can't come fix it. Unable to get ahold of Whirlpool. So just know the Totaltech is useless.

Door Spring Broke After 20 Months

The door will slam open unless it is manually let down gently. Very annoying! Whirlpool did a nice job engineering the parts to fail after the 1 year warranty expires.
