Terrible purchase experience ever.

First, the item was damaged and needed a replacement. Then the installation service was ignored. Local squad team never called back as promised.

Used all recommended procedures to clear code. All attempts failed. Returned appliance to Best Buy for refund.

We are paying someone to uninstall and to install we're spending a lot of money. I don't recommend a Whirlpool Dishwasher.

dishwasher failure

When I called the geek squad I was told to call Whirlpool for the warrantied repair I was given an appointment on Aug. 6, 2021. I am disappointed with this situation.

Very poor customer service

Spent and hour on the phone getting bounced around. With nothing but poor excuses.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a builder low grade GE after dealing with a dishwasher that barely washed the dishes in 4 hours and sounded like I was in the middle of an airport when it ran. This Whirlpool is almost silent. I can have a conversation while it's running even if I'm standing right beside it. The dishes come out spotless and dry (another thing my previous dishwasher never acheived) even on a normal wash. I highly recommend it.

Unhappy with scheduling of delivery and installation. 6 weeks is a bit long to wait. We ended up picking it up and installing ourselves. So much for Total Tech. What are we paying for?
