Bought this same model 3 years ago for our other home. Don't care for the new features where they changed the top 3rd shelf with slots and raised dividers as now you can't put as many items on it. Also, the silverware tray used to be on the door which allowed much more room for dishes on the bottom rack. The silverware holder holes are too large on the bottom and silverware falls thru the hole resulting in the shelf catching when you are pulling it in/out to load dishes.

I would have given it an "excellent", but the door is kind of hard to yank open when it's fully closed, which gets on my nerves a little. Someone in my family insists on fully closing it every time they put something in there. Something that I am really growing fond of is that thin little tray at the top for utensils. First, it's far easier than bending over to put them in that lower utensil area. Also, if you can train your family to put like utensils together, it makes it much easier to get them back into the proper spot in the drawer(s). It also takes larger utensils that previously didn't have a good place to go.

I've had this for about 2 months now and it's doing just fine. It's quiet and actually dries better than I thought it would. It has just the right amount of features and didn't break the bank. If it stays like this for the next 10 years I'll be happy

Love it! It's so quiet and efficient! Finally a dishwasher that you actually have CLEAN dishes when it ends. Even in all various cycles.

Bought this to replace an older unit that was starting to fail. Always ran with whirlpool and been happy. Great efficiency, low water use. Solidly built. The door close feels solid. Nice options for silverware bin, rack height, 3rd rack actually works. Also impressed with the cleaning. Figure as long as you don’t skimp on cleaning detergent you will hav some clean dishes.

I love my new Whirlpool dishwasher. It cleans and dries perfectly and it is so quiet. Also, it’s so large inside I have no problem loading it up. I also love the 3rd rack for larger utensils, it comes in so handy for wooden spoons, spatulas, etc. Also, the purchase, delivery installation and haul away of my previous dishwasher through Best Buy was awesome and went very smoothly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Very quiet when running, plenty of room for all your dishes, utensil rack is very convenient. Good selection of wash cycles.

Dishwasher cleans great, even on the 1 hour cycle. The 3rd rack is great for keeping the little items and/or utensils from falling through the rack!

So far we really like this dishwasher. It's taking a bit of time to get used to the third rack, but overall very pleased. It's much quieter than our last dishwasher.

I am a hand dishwasher person by habit, but got this and used it and loved it. Dishes came out clean. It wasn’t really noisy so I have no complaints. Love it.

The only store in my area with a black stainless Whirlpool brand dishwasher in stock was Best Buy. It was delivered promptly and was in perfect condition. I installed it and so far it works great. It is quiet with good spacing on the 3 racks. The finish is coated to resist finger prints. It is a replacement for a Jenn-air with black glass front which is also a Whirlpool product.

After bringing the unit up an inch or so (this unit is extremely low to the ground), it works wonderfully! The installation was flawless, and the tech knew so much about the new machine, and others, and offered answers to all our questions. Jake was in and out in no time, but did not make us feel rushed. The machine gets a 4 star because the inside baskets are so weird. The key to getting this "energy star" dishwasher to dry dishes properly is a 3.5 hour normal cycle with Extended Dry time. It is very quiet, too. So 5 stars for Jake! and 4 stars for Whirlpool 3rd rack design.

We purchased this d9shwasher after our 4-year-old GE dishwasher stopped working. We spoke to several local repairmen who told us that the quality of GE products has gone downhill drastically and recommended that instead of repairing our current appliance, to purchase new, and also recommended Whirlpool as a brand. So far we are very happy with our purchase, This is an efficient, quiet appliance and we would recommend to anyone.

So far so good! We replaced our 2017 (!) Samsung dishwasher with this Whirlpool. We have an entire suite of Samsung appliances which we do not recommend!!

This Dishwasher is one of the best dishwashers I have ever owned Cleans the dishes so well and is very quiet to run.

Overall uses less water/time than our old Whirlpool. It is quiet. We have had for 30 days
