Love the third rack and being able to adjust the second rack. Cycle is long but worth it. Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned, highly recommended

Customer service @ Citrus Heights, CA is phenomenal...the manager took the time to show me each Dishwasher feature and the matching components. Made my kitchen look super sleek, modern, and it cleans well and is easy to use!

Run time is a tad long at 4 hrs if you use all the features (i.e. heated dry, sani-rinse, etc) but it gets the job done and holds a great amount. The racks are great for making sure each dish os clean and dry. Easy to install.

This unit also has the third rack which is nice for silverware and cooking utensils.

And Whirlpool REFUSES TO do anything about it. I would NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. I think this is pure garbage.

Even the express wash does well. Cons: haven't figured out how to load bowls such that they don't fall over (the instructions were kinda vague).

I went with this unit over their top line one because there were only a few differences between them. I replaced a LG with this and I'm very happy I went with Whirlpool. Highly recommend

Replaced old Whirlpool dishwasher and like the bigger silverware basket and third shelf. Extremely quiet and seems to clean well.
