    Left install incomplete and with a leak

    Terrible service from installers. Put new dishwasher in and got an error code. then told me to push a few buttons in an hour to clear the code. they said they would "contact their dispatcher". Now I find a leak this morning after trying to get in touch with my salesperson. the error is still on. They essentially left me with a leaky dishwasher and no way to fix it. Will NEVER use BEST BUY again

    Very quiet, cleans well with lots of room for dishes. The 3rd rack for silverware takes some time to get use to, but once you do it is nice to have the extra rack.

    First one arrived incomplete, sent back, second one came in and installed by Best Buy technicians, they started it but did not stay for complete cycle, never used until Christmas when had a 20 person dinner. Failed to work! can't get it to work! can't get a technician from Best Buy in time.

    Stopped Working in Less Than Three Weeks

    Stop reading now and look for another dishwasher. What a piece of garbage. Stopped working after three weeks!! Service came and said it was a broken console. They ordered a new part and schedules another visit a week later to install it. Received a call on the install date to say the part was on backorder. That's a BIG RED FLAG to me as it says I am not be the only one with this issue.

    Rust forming on top of stainless steel door after only 4 months of use. Not acceptable. I will need to replace the machine when it becomes too much of an eyesore.

    Easy to use but doesn't dry the dishes as well as our 20-year-old dishwasher!! Don't make them like they used to!!!

    Door Spring Broke After 20 Months

    The dishwasher appeared to work well for us until the door spring broke after 20 months of use. The door will slam open unless it is manually let down gently. Very annoying! Whirlpool did a nice job engineering the parts to fail after the 1 year warranty expires.

    Waited for three months for the item to arrive. First, the item was damaged and needed a replacement. Then the installation service was ignored. Local squad team never called back as promised.

    Error message for clogged drain before ever using the appliance for a complete cycle. Used all recommended procedures to clear code. All attempts failed. Returned appliance to Best Buy for refund.

    The first one they sent leaked at the seal the next one they brought was the wrong one. But they are making everything right with me. Just waiting for this next one to come in.

    Don't purchase a Whirlpool Dishwasher

    The first Whirlpool dishwasher I bought the rack was broke, also it didn't dry the dishes, so I returned it and got another Whirlpool dishwasher and the replacement did the same thing it didn't dry the dishes either there was water still in the bottom of the dishwasher. We are paying someone to uninstall and to install we're spending a lot of money. I don't recommend a Whirlpool Dishwasher.

    Got an error code the 5th time I used it and had to call for service. I expect more from Whirlpool. When it was working it did do a good job cleaning my dishes.

    Best buy canceled my order on Thanksgiving night saying it wasnt picked up be 11/30/23 and today is 11/24/13. Spent and hour on the phone getting bounced around. With nothing but poor excuses.

    The only person that called me was the installer. No one at Best Buy ever called. Never told me that they were refunding my money. Because the item was damaged or anything.

    I haver had this item for one month and it has stopped working. When I called the geek squad I was told to call Whirlpool for the warrantied repair I was given an appointment on Aug. 6, 2021. I am disappointed with this situation.
