A technician came out and tried different things to fix. Afterwards, a few cycles later, I noticed a large puddle on the right side under the door, after running for a while. A technician came out and couldn't pinpoint the error, maybe thinking something was inhibiting one of the spray arms. Now, after another few cycles, I've noticed another leak, this time on right side in the middle of the unit (looking with a flashlight in between the unit and the cabinet). Another repair scheduled for 10 days from now. Bottom line do not buy this unit unless you want to babysit it for leaks. Never have I been more disappointed in Whirlpool.

Good washer but pricey

And Whirlpool REFUSES TO do anything about it. I would NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. I think this is pure garbage.

If anything breaks or stops working within the 1st year, geek squad will not do anything because it is still under the whirlpools 1 year warranty and you will have to call them directly and you could be waiting MONTHS like I was told. Our dishwasher broke 4 months after buying it and we cannot get it fixed by anyone despite it being within both our warranty from whirlpool and also geek squad. We will be paying out of pocket or waiting 6+ weeks for whirpool’s own service crew. Seems crazy with TWO warranties that we have to find a third party to fix it and pay for it separately.

Does not dry the dishes at all!

We have set the machine to quick wash and wash with the dry cycle (which is over 3 hours run time) and the dishes come out soaking wet. So, now we have wasted our money for the machine and the cost of the electric. I do not recommend this dishwasher unless you don't mind hand drying.
