UNIT DOES NOT DRY ANYTHING. SEEMS LIKE IT WILL NOT HEAT UP. HOPEFULLY A REPAIRMAN CAN FIX. BRAND NEW AND DOES NOT WORK. NOT GOOD WHEN YOU HAVE A HOME FULL FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

The worst dishwasher I have ever had. Cycles take 4 hours. Dishes still have food on them.

Very bad, doesn’t work at all and I have to return it!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could! Installed for just 3 months and it’s already has bad control board and touch pad. No parts in stock! Parts will be here in 3 weeks if I’m lucky! Don’t buy this piece of crap!!!!’n

I bought this to replace a builder low grade GE after dealing with a dishwasher that barely washed the dishes in 4 hours and sounded like I was in the middle of an airport when it ran. This Whirlpool is almost silent. I can have a conversation while it's running even if I'm standing right beside it. The dishes come out spotless and dry (another thing my previous dishwasher never acheived) even on a normal wash. I highly recommend it.

A little over a year of extremely light use for two people, and it’s already got a drain pump issue. Complete crap.

Very reliable dishwasher. It washes dishes clean and has multiple settings to get the stuff our old dishwasher would have missed.

Its good for the price and looks nice. The drying ability could be better. The hook ups that it came with were so old they fell apart so we have to buy new old but overall it's a good machine.

Very pleased with this dishwasher. Dishes are spotless and the black stainless is very nice looking. The whole process with Best Buy, including the delivery team, was great customer service. We purchased this for my parents who live in another state and it was easy, organized and a great experience.

We love the dishwasher. It's not fancy, but even the quick wash gets dishes clean and glasses sparkling. We were replacing a Samsung which had more bells and whistles, but I had to wash the dishes before putting in dishwasher or they were never clean. Even using the longest wash cycle. We are very happy with the purchase. Oh yes, it's very quiet, too.

It’s get my dishes clean but does not dry well. Water still remains on cups and bowls. Tried Rinse aide but doesn’t help. But overall my dishes are clean bc and sanitized.

So far very happy with this purchase. It is a little louder than our previous one which was almost silent but I would still choose this one because dishes are actually dry! We run it on a delay and have it go at night when we sleep but it isn’t super loud so it wouldn’t be annoying to run during the day either. It cleans well too. We had a Samsung that was quite a bit more money and had the bells and whistles and I was not happy with it at all. Happy we switched to whirlpool.

It’s so quiet! And it has a ton of options and features from a quick wash to a full and complete wash. The cycle times are a bit longer than my 12+ yr old Whirlpool that I just replaced but that’s more of a change in the industry than the brand. Overall, Whirlpool is a really great quality brand and I highly recommend this product!

Very happy with my purchase. Does a better job of cleaning than my older Whirlpool dishwasher with the plastic tub that a kitchen remodel company choose to install. In addition to being better at cleaning, it's also a whole lot quieter than the old one. I have to be in the kitchen to even hear it running, barely.
