Defective model

The heating element seal breaks down and slowly leaks over time until it eventually gives fully. It flooded my kitchen costing thousands of dollars in repairs. Whirlpool knows about this issue and their only response is to “rework” by replacing the heating element. Very crooked.

Unit leaks! Puddles of water left on new cabinets.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brand new unit (1 hour after installation) leaked heavily in the center underneath ~1-2 minutes into its wash cycle leaving puddles of water on my floors and around my newly installed cabinets. I caught the leak by happenstance as I was peering underneath the unit to verify all was installed correctly. Never had a problem with a dishwasher like this. Very disappointed in Whirlpool assembly and quality assurance.

Lasted only a year and a half
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a Whirlpool dishwasher and it lasted a year and a half. I don’t recommend any Whirlpool dishwasher, if you expect a product that lasts. Control panel not responding.
