The -'s: The third top shelf is not only a mediocre design KitchenAid's is much better. Dishes in the upper two shelves do not dry; they're left with water droplets that need to be wiped dry. Disappointed in its performance for the price, hence 3 Stars.

Self install was easy - about 1.5 hours from unboxing to washing the first load. Great deal at BestBuy - saved about $300. Delivered in two days from order.

Worth every penny

The last dishwasher I had was $1200 and this one actually works better, has more conveniences, and a 3rd rack. I didn’t think we would use the 3rd rack but find we do in almost every load. Get the BB tech warranty and let them install. Worth every penny

Has a short cycle for cleaning dishes that don't need a longer cycle. It's nice to have that option. Has a top tray for longer utensils. Trays are adjustable. A really good machine for the money.

And the pullout shelf at the top is great for things you don't want to put in the bottom or because they're too tall and need to be laid flat.
