It has a steel spinning mechanism in the bottom so no chance pieces cracking or breaking off like our last one did. Huge upgrade! It feels solid, not cheap. Top drawer on previous dishwasher didn’t work well but this one is working great. Great purchase for the price. I wish I had replaced my other ones sooner.

Dishwasher doesn't fully dry

Items are still wet and the inside of DW is wet after "drying" cycle. I've only used it twice on "quick wash", but that shouldn't matter. Is this normal for this machine or do I need service on a brand new machine??
