I waited 3 months for this dishwasher to be installed. Called Bestbuy cs. They said they will send me a new one but I have to play for instal again! I called BB 2 times to send someone for repair. After transferring me 3 times, the call dropped both times. Dishwasher cleans as expected.

Poor performance and bad service

Now i am stuck calling manufacturer and geek squad back and forth so someone can come fix it. Have been kept on hold with no proper response for an hour now. Agent just keeps transferring calls. Extremely horrible experience.

Confused not as pictured

The installers said it can come with a different handle. I purchased this because a friend has one. The handle on it looks like a towel rack and does not match my other appliances. I was informed by the installer I could purchase the other handle?! I don't think so. I had to call Whirlpool for a repair issue. Its taking 2 weeks just to get someone out. I am hoping the can switch out the handle and fix/adjust the door....otherwise RETURN!!
