Returning it. Not as good as my old one-whirpool brand but old one( used more than 10 yrs). Also it doesn't dry when i use normal dry mode. noise is ok, not too quiet not too loud.

I couldn't tell from outside because the box was fine. It had a crease down the front. I don't know how well it worked because I never hooked it up. Best Buy did a great job in finding me another dishwasher at a great price.

We ran it three times and liked it very much. Then it stopped working. Geek Squad came out and declared it defective and placed an order for a replacement. It is back ordered and won't be in until the end of January. So we've been washing dishes by hand and will have to do so for more than another month. We liked the dishwasher. I will revisit this review when we have a working dishwasher.

Washing is no different then my other cheaper dishwasher. It works but would do more research in the future.

Doesn't clean anything

I had a different brand before this for 10 years it cleaned just about anything in a hour. owned for about 6 months and the inside has a heavy buildup of gunk that looks nasty.

When I called the geek squad I was told to call Whirlpool for the warrantied repair I was given an appointment on Aug. 6, 2021. I am disappointed with this situation.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

After requesting a warranty repair it took another 4 months to get the part to fix it. Then just a bit over 2 months after it was repaired it failed again with the same exact issue a faulty control board. It literally died 2 days after the warranty expired and neither best buy, whirlpool, or the repair company will take responsibility for what is clearly a lemon. And I am once again stuck with a non working machine. I will not ever buy a whirlpool appliance or deal with best buy for one again.
