I do like the silverware basket can be placed in various spots, especially on the door. Yes, they do get cleaned well even on the door. I'm not a fan of the fact the unit as a whole has a very lightweight flimsy feel to it. Does not feel solid or sturdy. Also not pleased with the top rack row sizes. Any cup or glass over 3" wide does not fit well within the row and won't fit side by side. Leaves a lot of usable space between them.

We have kept the filters cleaned as suggested and still the dishes come out dirty! Really disappointing to find out it only has a 1 year warranty! Of course it really didn’t start acting up until then! Would not recommend if you like clean dishes!

I don't like the fact I have to clean the filter which I didn't have to on my old one. When you open the door it's so low to the floor. I don't think is cleans the dishes as well as my old. I should have kept my old one, but it was falling apart.
