Its easy and simple to use. Wash cycle in normal takes longer than im use to but clean dishes so. The 1 hour wash doesnt have a heat option. I do miss being able to just do a drying time again to get items heat dryed one more time. Ober all look is amaziand in the silverware area you can put straws!!! Which is amazing for all of our strw cup!! No more losing them or melting them

Whirlpool make these appliances from old parts, thats why they dont last too long. Then they tell you buy products made in america.
