There have been two instances where food remained in a bowl after cycle was complete, but maybe that was due to loading and not the cleaning itself. At first, glasses were not coming out as clear as I would like, but then I changed detergents and they are sparkling now! (Was using finish, switched to cascade complete)

However , I may have gone with a quieter one if I had it to do over. The one hour cycle, leaves a little to be desired when it comes to getting the dishes clean. So your really not saving anything there. Other than that, Its a dishwasher. Really depends on individual needs .For us its fine.

The best part was the installation. The two guys were in and out in no time and did a great job. I have had several appliance installation in my life, and when you get a good tech, it makes all the difference. This was delivered to Oshkosh, WI by the way.
