Parts are on backorder and now we play the waiting game for three weeks until we hear from Whirlpool to decide if it should be escalated to a bigger problem, meaning probably more wait time. I’ve heard terrible reviews about their customer service and did not disappoint in tha, which has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended not getting this dishwasher.
