It gets error codes and stopped working just a few months after installation. Installation by Best Buy was poor. Tangled hoses and power cables under the sink, front face of dishwasher wasn’t parallel to the countertop. I will have to file a warranty claim just to get this hunk of garbage working again. It does get the dishes clean but it doesn’t get everything bone dry, despite the heating element and extended dry settings. Never again will I buy Whirlpool or anything to be installed by Best Buy.

I had a different brand before this for 10 years it cleaned just about anything in a hour. owned for about 6 months and the inside has a heavy buildup of gunk that looks nasty.

Didn't get to use this dishwasher

I couldn't tell from outside because the box was fine. It had a crease down the front. I don't know how well it worked because I never hooked it up. Best Buy did a great job in finding me another dishwasher at a great price.

Dirty Glasses

We have tried everything, different soap, adjust water temp, etc. Nothing has worked! Has anyone else noticed this? If so, what is the solution? BTW it’s not etching.

Leaks after a year

Latch Broke

Worst part is that Best Buy Totaltech says it's under manufacture warranty so they can't come fix it. Unable to get ahold of Whirlpool. So just know the Totaltech is useless.
