It has great features such as it is tall and you can fit a lot of dishes, glasses and cookware at the same time. The third rack is a plus and the different cycles give you a lot of options. Also very quiet while running.

Seems to do a good job of washing & holds a lot of stuff in one load, We were surprised that it takes what seems like super long - 3 hours or more - to complete a cycle of normal with the extra dry selected, but not really a problem. It is exceptionally quiet!

The silverware is always wet, but the dishes are dry after finishing the cycle. It is hard to fit cooking utensils, since there is nothing to keep them from flipping over and filling with water.
