If you feel that you should only need to scrape your dishes this dishwasher is not for you. We run it full every 2-3 days. Consequently this does allow things to dry and stick to the plates, silverware etc. Most of it will come off but you need to inspect everything before you put it away as you will find items that are not clean. I've even found glasses that had sticky fingerprints. We are using the heavy wash, high temp cycle which is the most this machine can do. It does not have any extra jets. Just the center spinner which simply can not get everything unless you don't fill it and leave a lot of space in between each item. The dry cycle, even on extended does not dry. We let it sit for a few hours after its finished (run time is over 4 hours) and then crack the door open and let it sit until the next day. Then its finally dry. 24 hours later. By this time dishes are piling up in the sink. Pre washing and hand drying is not something I have time for. We didn't want a sanitizing drying rack. Having to run it daily and half empty isn't exactly economical or practical either. This purchase is an absolute disappointment. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of it and find one that actually does all of the dishes and in less than a full day. I miss my Kenmore Elite.

Works great especially if you dont wash your load off before putting it into the dishwasher it still cleans most of the load but maybe a couple of articles.

The machine runs very well. controls on top of the door. It starts up with a 4sec countdown. We run once a day and it is doing well.

Rating based primarily on the contract installer who went above and beyond and did an excellent installation. Understand this was a replacement for a unit I purchased that had an error message and thus exchanged. No comparison to the quality of work performed by the two contractors. The first installer was mediocre at best. The second was incredible and fixed everything.

Quality is very good snd it is working well. Very quiet machine. No noises at all.

Firstly, Best Buy was the ONLY carrier that had this exact product. There were absolutely NO flaws from the simple ordering process through delivery. The team that delivered the washer was courteous and made sure there were no dents or scratches. Thrilled with the machine. Thrilled with the process!

The construction looks a little flimsy, I know, they don’t make things like they used to, in this case is very true, plastic all over, even the support structure looks cheap and with no imagination, or too much.. a budget piece. It looks good, but if had bad bones. A bit e pensive. So far it works ok, as expected , hopefully last more than 3 years...

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new dishwasher....especially the third rack.
