I’m enjoying my new dishwasher! It's working well and I’m taking advantage of the extra space and features. It’s great that the salesperson was helpful and patient with me. even though he wasn't familiar with the department. If I have any issues or questions, you know I won’t hesitate to reach out for professional assistance. I know I’ll enjoy my new appliance and the convenience it brings to my daily life!

I don't normally write a review unless its really good or really bad. In this case its terrible. As for the product itself, this is advertised as a 47 dB dishwasher. There is no way this is accurate. It is the loudest dishwasher I have ever owned and can hear it from almost anywhere in the house. Now for the installation, it was even worse. The first tech wouldn't install because the water supply valve would not shut off. I offered to shut off the main water supply but that was not acceptable. I replaced the valve and rescheduled. The second tech installed in a hurry. It was not level at all and leaned backward. The feet were extended so far up creating a big gap underneath and making the top control completely inaccessible. Then he started the unit to make sure it runs correctly and left only to find out there was still an accessory bag inside with screws in it while running. Turns out the large black screw is to hold the base cover on and he used some silver self taping screws that look terrible. I fixed the base and installed one of the black screws. The other black screw is missing. In all, I would not recommend this dishwasher and I certainly would not recommend Best Buys install Contractor.

It does a nice job cleaning my dishes and it’s Very Quiet.

Works great and love the 3rd shelf!also is very quiet. Would highly recommend this product!

Looks good but the drying system does not even come close to drying the dishes. I have plates that are dished not flat and will not stand up straight in the dishwasher.

I love my dishwasher. It does everything I need & want it to do. When I stack them right, my dishes come out clean & dry. I have absolutely no complaints

Dishwasher works great, no issues at all. Very happy with the salesman who helped us, he was very knowledgeable. The install team was great as well, they took away my old dishwasher and put in the new one in under an hour.

It looks great! But I can’t review how it works yet. It was supposed to be installed a week ago, but I had to get a new shut off valve installed. Hopefully the dishwasher will run as good as it looks!

Sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery and installation team were terrific.

4 months old and the cover for buttons is already coming off. Whirlpool has really become a cheap and worthless brand they have had this issue for at least two years and have not addressed the issue. Which I’m told has to do with using the drying feature because of the steam delaminating the cover. I have only used it every 3 to 5 days and only on quick wash with dry. I do not recommend this product and buyer’s should be aware that the total tech warranty only works for the second year after purchase due to whirlpool warranty covering the first year. It cleans well and dries well but just not a great design. Definitely not worth the cost!

Pay attention to the other one star reviews. The unit stopped drying because the element melts/burns up. So mine made it 2 months before the drying stopped working. Contacted warranty and was scheduled 2 days later for service- they cancelled because they can’t get the parts and have no ETA. Now I’m left with an expensive dishholder. Was going to upgrade all my appliances to whirlpool, but forget it.

Garbage. 35 days old and already malfunctioning. So disappointed. This is my second whirlpool. At least the other made it to over 3 years.

The cover on the buttons is puckered and has been since day one. Now, after less than three months it stopped working! It is stuck on clean! The blue clean display is the only thing that works.
