Best Buy delivered a damaged dishwasher last week. Brought replacement today - and it’s damaged, too, in virtually the same place. I’ve been a top level Best Buy Member for years and they still treated me like garbage over this transaction. I’m done with BB.

I purchased this dishwasher 15 months ago and the heater element bolts are leaking. I have water damage to my cabinet and wall behind the dishwasher. I contacted Whirlpool and was told that the warranty has expired and I would probably have to pay for the repair myself. I'm very disatisfied with my experience with this dishwasher and probably won't buy another Whirlpool product in the future!

Product works great but the service we had trying to get a replacement part because it came in damaged had been horrible. We received our new dishwasher and the door was damaged. We received another door it was damaged. We are 2 months out still trying to get a door. Trying to get someone the geek squad that knows how to speak English and knows their job has been a nightmare.

This Whirlpool has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior with a hidden top-control panel. It is a 24″ built-in, top-control dishwasher in the Whirlpool Eco series, designed for a modern kitchen. The front is minimalist – a simple handle bar and smooth finish. Inside, it offers a high capacity layout. Notably, it features three racks: a full-width third-level utensil rack at the top, an adjustable middle rack, and a bottom rack with a removable silverware basket. The middle rack can be raised or lowered to fit taller items below. This flexible configuration makes it easy to fit large pots and extra dishes. The interior is very spacious. The third rack provides a flat tray for long utensils and lids, freeing up space below. Great Cleaning and drying fratures. Quiet is an understatement. Leak prevention is good for my new floors.

Finding a dishwasher these days can be a scavenger hunt. Finding a dishwasher you really want is a relief. Our old unit died after 13 years. The Whirlpool we wanted became available. The unit has not disappointed. Quiet, easy to use, most importantly clean pots and pans, dishes and silverware. When I say quiet, I mean quiet. You can have a conversation while running and not notice it is on. The 3rd rack is a bonus. Great for larger utensils. The basket in the bottom rack is removable allowing for more room. The upper rack can be lowered as needed for tall glasses etc... Delivery and installation went smooth. We are satisfied with the purchase and would highly recommend.

The dishwasher itself is very impressive. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a dishwasher that makes everything sparkle like this one does. I do use the heavy duty and sanitize settings. I also use cascade pods, even though the tech advised against using them. It is VERY quiet. And the third shelf comes in handy for spatulas, etc. I will admit I sometimes forget to empty that rack! One downside is that it takes a VERY long time to run (just under 5 hours) compared to the two I am used to. I had to give it four stars, even though the product is deserving of 10/5 because I will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy ever again. It was an absolute nightmare to get installed. Week 1: installer was running behind and I needed to leave so we had to push back to the following week. Week 2: Installer arrived. Did not realize we had granite countertops and needed a different installation kit, which needs to be ordered. I don’t know a lot about installing appliances but I feel like granite is not uncommon and the question should have been asked when we purchased. Week 3: Rearranged scheduled yet again only to receive and email (no call or text) that installation was moved to following week. Week 4: Finally installed. After many hours on the phone with customer service call center managers (and in store with store manager) my husband continued to receive the same response. “We don’t control delivery; another vendor handles that.” Bottom line: Best Buy will have zero second thoughts about taking your money. They will not hold themselves accountable for the follow through; just point fingers at the vendor (that they hired and pay).

We love this dishwasher! Looks so sleek and pretty. Our dishes come out clean and dry. It is quieter than the dishwasher we had before so that’s great. Somehow it seems to fit more dishes even though it’s standard size. That extra top tray is nice too. We’ve had it one month now and literally zero complaints. Highly recommend!

So far, I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet and cleans well. My most favorite thing is the 3rd rack! I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the extra money but I absolutely love it! And there is plenty of room for large or tall pots and cups. The only negative I would say is that a normal cycle takes over 3 hours to complete but it has a quick cycle that is only an hour and it seems to clean just as well.

I mean...I love this dishwasher more than I'd admit if I weren't more or less anonymous on here. It makes me so happy. Compared to the old clunker we got rid of, this baby is so sleek and quiet and much larger inside. So much to love about it. Here are the highlights. PROS -Quiet. Except for the draining step and a couple of short parts of the cleaning process, this thing is super super quiet. Overall very very quiet but not silent. -Large capacity, great layout and flexibility. The top shelf for silverware is awesome. Pro tip: group your silverware when you put it on the shelf and unloading is superfast. -Very good drying. Our dishes get 100% dry. Plastic gets 95% dry. It matters how you load plastic so try to angle things so they don't accumulate water. CONS -Door open all the way sits very low to the floor. Careful, tripping hazard. -The rinse aid fill indicator makes no sense. Is it full? Who knows. -Normal cycle is over 3hrs. Seems normal these days, but that's really long.

I have had the dishwasher 1.5 months. The racks are more awkward to load than any other dishwashers I have had, but I am sure with time I will adjust to the different layout. The top rack does seem deeper than other dishwashers I have had, and the bottom easily accommodates my taller items. The top rack is adjustable as well. I love the 3rd rack for my sharp knives, odd shaped, small, and low profile items. So happy I chose the dishwasher with this option. So far it has done an excellent job cleaning the dishes. I have rinsed the dishes at varying degrees to see how the dishwasher performs. It has performed very well at all degrees of rinsing. I have only used the normal cycle, and so far that has been sufficient. There has not been any spotting on my dishes either. I do use a rinse aid. It takes over 3 hours to run even on the normal cycle (over 4 hours if I add the sani-rinse option). That seems long, but I understand newer model dishwashers tend to have longer cycles for energy efficiency reasons. I run my dishwasher at night so it isn't an issue for me just thought it would be helpful for others to know the cycle length. There is a quick wash cycle that takes just over an hour, but I have not tried that feature yet. I like the look of the appliance and it is easy to keep clean. I like that there is a readout that shows how much time is left in the cycle. Also love the soap dispenser. It slides open instead of flipping open. No chance of a dish accidentally shifting in front of the dispenser and blocking it shut. I didn't rate it excellent only because it doesn't seem quite as sturdy as my previous dishwasher which I had for 14 years. Only time will tell if this dishwasher matches that one in durability. I definitely recommend this dishwasher.

I thought this was a newer version of my 9-yr old dishwasher that I had to recently replace which I was quite pleased with; however, it's fairly different. Pros are that the dishes come out quite clean, easy to clean the filter, the 3 racks are well laid out making it easy to load dishes and they open smoothly, and it's roomy. The cons are that the cycles are quite long (4 hours if I do the sanitize rinse!) and it does a poor job drying the dishes. I have to open the door to let the steam vent out overnight to get the dishes even slightly dry. I'm also not a fan of the very bright light indicating the load is done, since this shines in my bedroom, so it makes an overnight load undesirable. It's better than handwashing dishes, but hard to get really excited about this dishwasher. I would recommend, but it's not a strong recommendation.

The third rack is a welcome feature that allows great space utilization. The silverware rack makes it easy to organize the items. We were relieved to see the heating element, as some similarly priced models from other brands do not include this feature. Operation is extremely quiet, which is important to us as we live in a small condo. We are pleased with the selection of cycles and design of front panel.

Very good at cleaning dishes. Very quiet. Lots of room for plates on the bottom. Still working on the best arrangement for cups and bowls on the middle rack; bowls lay rather flat and use extra space. Third rack not used since traditional lift out rack for silverware on bottom. Normal cycle run over three hours! Rinse your dishes and use quick cycle instead. Bottom rack sets lower than previous machine so get used to bending down. Run time and rack height seems common to current machines and not unique to this model. The wide handle is easy to grab and pull open the door. Display of cycle time remaining is nice feature. I like the heated dry option. Working out how to optimize space on the second rack is the most annoying item, so pretty good overall.

Bought it for how quiet it is and was pleasantly surprised the lack of noise surpasses our expectations. Standing at the machine in operation and can barely hit it. Also cleans better than any other unit I’ve ever owned. Plenty of space to keep loading and loading. Usually running it only because we are running out of cups or utensils. 3rd rack is perfect for hiding the larger spoons and such and cleans as well as if they were on the bottom rack.

I’ve been really impressed with my Whirlpool stainless steel dishwasher. It feels solid and durable, and the stainless steel finish not only looks sleek in the kitchen but also resists fingerprints, keeping it clean with minimal effort. The controls are simple and easy to use, so I don’t waste time figuring out settings — just load, press start, and let it do the work. What makes it stand out are the specs and features that make everyday use smoother: - Noise level: Runs at about 47 dBA, which is very quiet — I can have a conversation in the kitchen without even noticing it’s on. - Flexible capacity: With a 3rd rack and adjustable racks, it easily fits utensils, tall glasses, and larger dishes. - Cycles: Includes Quick Wash (about an hour), Sensor Cycle that adjusts based on soil level, and options like Soak & Clean and Sani Rinse for tougher messes. - Dimensions: Standard size at 24 inches wide, 33.6 inches tall, and 26.75 inches deep, so it fits seamlessly into most kitchens. - Energy efficiency: Many models are ENERGY STAR® certified, saving water and electricity while still delivering powerful cleaning. Overall, this Whirlpool dishwasher is durable, easy to use, and packed with smart features that make cleanup effortless. It’s quiet enough for family time, stylish enough for modern kitchens, and reliable enough to handle heavy loads day after day.

I love my new Whirlpool dishwasher. It cleans and dries perfectly and it is so quiet. Also, it’s so large inside I have no problem loading it up. I also love the 3rd rack for larger utensils, it comes in so handy for wooden spoons, spatulas, etc. Also, the purchase, delivery installation and haul away of my previous dishwasher through Best Buy was awesome and went very smoothly. Easy to install, beautifully matches my older appliances, has a great top rack for small items tjat normally have no place to go (re-usable straws, kids cup lids, etc), and is quiet. It cleans 100% better than our old unit using less energy.
