One of my favorite dishwashers that I tried over the years. I like the lower deck grid, that lets you stack plates one way and wider objects the other way. Lots of flexibility to load. The noise level is not too bad. Dishes come out dry, if you wait until the end of the cycle. Very clean dishes with tablet use. The bottom screen has not clogged up as of now, my previous Bosch washer, which cost twice as much did clog all the time and got often smelly. This washer still smells fresh after 6 months. The rollers for the trays are also absolutely superior and won’t pop off easily.

Pay attention to the other one star reviews. The unit stopped drying because the element melts/burns up. So mine made it 2 months before the drying stopped working. Contacted warranty and was scheduled 2 days later for service- they cancelled because they can’t get the parts and have no ETA. Now I’m left with an expensive dishholder. Was going to upgrade all my appliances to whirlpool, but forget it.

Horrible!Bought in on February 2021 and it broke down in August 2021. I go insurance on it, I called best buy and send me to a different number.No answer.I have a family of 7 and it take 3 hours to do a good wash the least is, I believe 1 hour and 30 minutes.The settings I thought the we're great at the store.Now that I have it at home it suck.

Best Buy delivered a damaged dishwasher last week. Brought replacement today - and it’s damaged, too, in virtually the same place. I’ve been a top level Best Buy Member for years and they still treated me like garbage over this transaction. I’m done with BB.

Garbage. 35 days old and already malfunctioning. So disappointed. This is my second whirlpool. At least the other made it to over 3 years.

Drying isn’t working. The dishes and the interior of the dishwasher is complete wet after even use of Extended Dry option.

Excellent purchase and install team. The electrical in our house was not up to code and the install team took care of it for us. They were in and out in a flash. This dishwasher is whisper quiet. I have to look to even know it is running. It does an amazing job cleaning the dishes and the 3rd rack for silverware is a dream.

I have used sensor & normal cycles and although they take over 3 hours it doesn't bother me at all. It's very quiet & the cleaning & drying quality is excellent. The quick wash cycle takes a little over an hour and cleans very well. Quick wash also gives the option of heated dry or not heated dry. As with ALL dishwashers the only wet dishes are cups that have water in the top of them. I installed this myself and the instructions were more than I expected but very easy. I love the all stainless interior, 3 racks, adjustable middle rack and being able to take the silverware holder out and put silverware on the top rack. This dishwasher holds a lot of dishes.

Exactly as promised, and very, very quiet. Cleans beautifully and the very top rack is excellent for smaller delicate items. Excellent design, energy efficient.

This dishwasher is EXTREMELY QUIET, but why does the pot & pan cycle run for 40+ minutes!!! I keep reading the instructions in hopes of finding how to reset that time to something shorter. How is running that long energy efficient? third rack is great, but with the controls on the top of the door, it is awkward to set with the counter hanging over the top of the door. AND the water supply connector in the kits you have to purchase needs to be more universal. I had to buy another connector, but my water supply line is 20 years old.

Very quite. Cleans very well. Third (top) shelf is very useful. The only thing I dislike a bit is the silverware caddy which has larger cutouts where I would rather have a continuation of the row of regular slots.

Purchased to replace an old Whirlpool installed by previous owners. Did a self-install, honestly just to see if I could. Install Purchased a universal install kit and was able to install this dishwasher in under 2 hours, this includes time to remove the previous appliance. Installation was straightforward and relatively easy, even with no prior experience. Function System is extremely quiet and leaves the dishes nice and clean. Heated dry does a very good job of drying dishes (and it is optional if you want to limit cycle time). Washer racks are easy to adjust and load and hold plenty of dishes/silverware. Washer has been running about a month now and I am completely satisfied with the performance.

Installation is easy….much easier install than Bosch or Samsung models. It’s really quiet, but it still gets the dishes clean. I use the the extended dry option to get the dishes really dry. The black stainless matches my Samsung refrigerator. Can’t speak of longevity, but I expect it to last a few years.

Have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Quiet, efficient, does a good job cleaning, easy to program. Also of note, this model DOES NOT make LED lights flicker/dim as our previous Frigidaire dishwasher did (they tried to blame our wiring).

Our last two dishwashers were Kenmore (Sears). They were reliable and lasted many years. Looking up who made them, I learned that they were Whirlpool. Looking at the Whirlpools when I visited Best Buy, I noticed a distinct similarity to our old washers. Now that we've used them for several months, we have found the same high quality we experienced in the past. It cleans our dishes, pots and pans well, and most importantly, silently. We are pleased with our new product and the Black Stainless Steel front looks great in our kitchen.
