Stand up straight
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks good but the drying system does not even come close to drying the dishes. I have plates that are dished not flat and will not stand up straight in the dishwasher.

Cleans well, built cheap - be careful with racks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Remember when you could go in a store and actually see a major appliance before you bought it? Yea, me too. If I had, I wouldn't have bought this one. The racks are cheap and don't hold the dishes well. If you don't gently pull them out or push them in, the dishes and silverware on the top tray slide all over the place. The racks slide in and out "too good". The dishes will hit each other and get chipped if you're not careful. The sensor cycle takes 30 minutes longer than our old DW, but the one thing positive I'll say is that the dishes come out cleaner, or at least a lot more "sparkly". But here I am, 16 DAYS after installation, having to pull the toe panel, disconnect and drain the drip tray due to an error code on the panel. How in the world does a new dishwasher leak water?! Let's face it, today's appliances are garbage. Sure, some brands are slightly better than others. In 13 years, I'm on my 4th DW. A GE, Bosch, Samsung, and now Whirlpool. I bought this Whirlpool because it was supposed to be more reliable. The truth is, it's a crap shoot anymore.

Disappointing!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best thing about this dishwasher is that it runs very quietly. Otherwise, I am not happy with this dishwasher. The quality doesn't compare to my previous Whirlpool and at twice the price. The racks seem cheaply made. The Quick Wash is the fastest cycle at an hour and 37 minutes with a drying cycle. Other cycles are a minimum of three hours and 6 minutes long. Even with the 3:23 hour Normal cycle the dishes do not get completely dry, and even the silverware comes out wet. I was lucky to get this dishwasher after waiting for over a month, as everything was out of stock. In hindsight, I wish I hand continued to wash my dishes by hand until I could check out dishwashers in person!

Dishwasher broke after 13 months
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit only lasted 13 months and then had to have it serviced due to two error codes. Luckily, I had the extended warranty. Best Buy was great in getting a service technician scheduled to service it. I wasn't to happy having to pay $79 for the service though.

3…2… Houston we have a problem
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this dishwasher for a little over a year. Use it almost everyday. After the third or so use the dishwasher started making this awful whining noise, like it was about to blow up our blast off. I’ve been dealing with warranty and trying to get it fixed ever since. I’m starting to regret my purchase. When it does work though we love it!

Dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dishwasher is exactly what we needed. Unhappy with scheduling of delivery and installation. 6 weeks is a bit long to wait. We ended up picking it up and installing ourselves. So much for Total Tech. What are we paying for?
