Our 15 years Whirlpool needed to be replaced. Did not have time to do as in depth research as normal and there was limited inventory Best Buy. Based on the reviews this model was the best choice out of what was available. For a dishwasher it works as it should but their needs to be a program upgrade. If you want your items dry you have to select, heated dry. With that being the case, it should default to 'heated dry' when you select a cycle. if you forget to engage the option you cannot enable it again unless you do a quick cycle. You also need to use the rinse aid as well. the fill level is hard to read on this model for the rinse aid, unlike my previous unit. Also the silverware basket should be divided into 1/4 to allow the placement of silverware which does not match up to the very narrow grid. We also wipe the off our dishes and dinner ware before placing into dishwasher since we run the unit about twice a week, no need for it to harden and become a biology experiment while in the dishwasher.

Great dishwasher at a good price. It is very quiet.

So far the unit has met our expectations. Its quieter than our old unit. It cleans everything very well, including the crock pot, and everything is dry at the end.

Runs very quietly and the adjustable interior shelf made it easy to fit everything.

I love my dishwasher, it cleans and sanitizes everything well, holds large loads and is whisper quiet. I also like the hidden controls.

I really like this dishwasher! It is plenty quiet and I think it does a really good job cleaning. At my former house, I spent double the money on a new dishwasher and this one works so much better than that one. This one is a great price for the value!

This dishwasher was a good choice. Our old one was 17 years old and gave up the ghost-beyond repair. The new Whirlpool has features that I didn't realize existed. A lot of new development has happened in 17 years! One hour wash cycle option, timer option, heated drying option, etc. Plus, the upper rack is higher above the lower one so that tall things can be put in that would never go into the old one. There is room for much more things, also. The price point also made this one affordable. The installation crew were very professional and fast.

This dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes well. We had everyone over for a cookout and I filled the dishwasher, I couldn't fit in one more thing. One of my guests said I over filled it, but it cleaned everything. Very Happy

We never even got to use the dishwasher. This was an open box that was "inspected by geek squad." We got it installed and noticed the detergent door did not open. Geek squad came out and stated a new detergent door needed to be ordered. There was a parts delay so it took another 2 weeks. Upon arrival for repair, it was determined by the tech that not only was the detergent door inoperable, the motor of the dishwasher was inoperable, as well as, other issues. We had to uninstall it and return it. So after 1 1/2 months of owning it, we never got to actually use it.

Stainless steel front hides smudges. We don't pre-rinse in the sink and they come out clean. No buttons on the front giving a sleek look. light on the front is lit when they are clean BestBuy had in in stock immediately. Others wanted 7-10 days.

I like how quite it is. I like the color washes and dry very well for the price

I've always been satisfied with Whirlpool products. They are definitely my go to if I'm in the market for buying appliances. I like the look and the capacity of this dryer & pretty satisfied with this purchase. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I don't like the drying effect. After the drying cycle is complete the dishes are still slightly wet. The older one that I had left the dishes fully dry, no residual water.

I was a little concerned about the buttons being hidden under the counter, but after using it and seeing that there is a count down on the time to close the door, there is no problem!! And I love the clean, sleek look!!

This dishwasher was recommended by my service tech! I found it very easy to install and looks great! The adjustable top rack makes it easy to fit tall or large items in either the top or bottom shelf. Very limited operational sounds.

This washer was a life saver. Our old one broke down and this was such a good deal and is way better than our old kitchenaid. It has worked well since bought it and is easy to install

This thing is so quiet you could put it in the middle of Sunday service and not wake up the sleeping deacons. QUITE! I installed it myself and the directions were easy to follow. Cleans and dries the dishes squeaky clean.

I am very happy with the purchase of the whirlpool 24” built in dishwasher- stainless steel. It’s exactly what I needed. It’s quiet and does an unbelievable job of cleaning the dishes.

This well-cleaning dish machine is also ultra quiet. What comes out of a cycle are clean, sanitized dishes without any re-do’s. I recommend this dishwasher and think you’ll love it too!

The delivery and installation were completed on time and professionally. Dishwasher is still relatively new but is working well and quieter than I expected. So far it is a very good value.
