Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a nice, quiet dishwasher. 1) The major problem I have is that the dishes do not dry with the heat dry setting. I leave the door open about 2 inches overnight to allow the dishes time to finally dry. Product directions state "This dishwasher is specifically designed to be used with rinse aid for improved drying performance". I don't use rinse aid - yet. I'll give it a try and update the review at some point. 2) The 2 silverware trays include lids / inserts to separate items. I had to remove them permanently. The slots are a little narrow for forks & spoons with a wide handle.
