The dish racks are a little bit sticky to pull out, but that’s because the rollers are plastic. Overall I’m very pleased with this product.

Other than that works well. Recommend buy new or make sure they have all the parts.

The price was great, and a best fit, as well as the help from the salesperson being of great assistance in making the choice, she is a great asset.
