Good value but lots of cheap plastic parts

It works but everything is made of plastic. It does an OK job cleaning and drying. The lock switch failed after a few months but Bestbuy was very good to diagnose the issue, order a replacement part and send a tech out to repair it. Works well now.

I had to purchase this unit during the Pandemic. If I had to do it over again I would call because there was no selection on line to take away the old unit or install the new one, that I could find.
